Pre-pay by any major
credit card until terms are established. No exceptions. Net 30 terms available
after you provide credit reference sheet. Allow 3-4 weeks to process.
Shipping & turn around

All orders are shipped by
UPS or FED EX. Allow 2 weeks or less to process and ship your order. Following
major markets please allow extra time. You will be notified with an
approximate ship date of any back orders. All back orders will be shipped
regardless of amount.
Damages or Shortages
Please report within 4
days by phone, fax or e-mail. Refused orders will be charged a 20% restocking
fee plus shipping.

We will not accept any returns without a prior Return Authorization.
Any returns without an RA will be refused and returned to sender.

Size Matters
We use only Ladies or
Jr styles for a fashion forward look and fit. Ladies sizes are generally
'true to size'. Jr's tend to run about a size smaller with a feminine fit.
Please call for concerns on sizing.
All are printed on
first quality garments, most on 100% Cotton. Even though the tag may state
'pre-shrunk' please remind your customers to allow for shrinkage.
Unisex sizes will be
your basic crew neck tee.
